Our 8-week challenge is here and we are so excited to get moving!

Now includes Private Sessions and Nutrition Workshop

After the Easter indulging it will be time to move our bodies. We have created an 8-week program to transform your body, nourish your mind and rejuvenate your soul.

Whether you are a regular, or new to our studio for the first time, we are invested in your progress. It’s important to us that each and every person in the room gets many moments of personalised attention.

During your 8 week journey you will be supported by the Noosa Flow team completely.

Claire Toone and Laura McCarthy will be here to guide you through your 8 week journey with nutrition and fitness support along with our amazing instructors.

Classes included are Reformer, Mat, Barre and Yoga.

    • 8 weeks
    • 24 classes (3 classes per week)
    • $65 per week
  • Option 2
    • 8 weeks
    • 32 classes (4 classes per week)
    • $85 per week

Both options include:

  • Nutrition workshop with Laura and weekly meal plans
  • 2 x private sessions with owner Claire Toone to set your goals and track your progress (one at the start and one at the end of the 8 weeks)

3 Class Challenge

Mums and Bubs Flow

Mums and Bubs Flow

6 Week Series – Next Series Starts Wednesday, April 11th, 9.30am. 

This class is for mums and their babies to get back into exercise and bond with bub.

Specifically designed for new mums, these classes are designed to help strengthen your pelvic floor and abdominals, tone your entire body, stretch those achy tight spots from carrying, lifting and feeding your baby and give you a sense of well-being and confidence.

During your 45 minute class, your baby will be in arms’ reach either beside you, in a capsule, bouncer or on a rug. You can attend to your baby for any feeding, nappy changing or settling needs at any time during the session.

Must be 6 weeks post natal with doctors clearance to exercise
