Are you an aspiring dancer or gymnast who would like to improve your technique and physical capabilities?

Noosa Flow is offering a 4 week course designed for dancers to gain strength, improve flexibility and decrease the chance of injury through Reformer Pilates!

Dancing, although beautiful and artistic, can often be very stressful for the human body which is why the creator of Pilates worked with so many Dancers, including George Balanchine himself to refine their bodies and prolong their careers using Pilates. Not only is it a fantastic way to shape, strengthen, and improve muscle tone and aesthetic, it’s also integral in finding correct alignment, co-ordination and stability in the body.

In this 6 week course with(ex professional Dancer) Abbey, you will learn the basics of Pilates on the Reformer, dance-specific conditioning and how to apply it all to your dancing in a fun an light-hearted environment.

This course is designed for 14 years+ and a strong background in dance/gymnastics is suggested but not required.

Mums & Bubs 6 week Mat course

Mums & Bubs 6 week Mat course

6 Week Series – Next Series Starts Wednesday, June 20th, 9.30am. 

This mat class is for mums and their babies to get back into exercise and bond with bub.

Specifically designed for new mums, these classes are designed to help strengthen your pelvic floor and abdominals, tone your entire body, stretch those achy tight spots from carrying, lifting and feeding your baby and give you a sense of well-being and confidence.

During your 45 minute class, your baby will be in arms’ reach either beside you, in a capsule, bouncer or on a rug. You can attend to your baby for any feeding, nappy changing or settling needs at any time during the session.

This workshop has limited spaces, so make sure to book below.
