Yin Yoga Workshop

Join Kat for this special workshop to explore the hips in this juicy yin yoga practice.
Our hips are the place in which our lower body meets the upper body and are one of the major muscle groups that we use, or perhaps don’t use in the right way, every single day. They are incredibly important in our bodies and our lives being able to function and often a difficult muscle group to release when we have built up tension. This workshop will work through a special sequence of hip openers where you will be encouraged to work deeper than just the muscles and to open up your meridian lines within your fascia and the emotive reactions attached to your hips. Opening the hips can also provide a deeper release in the back creating a feeling of space throughout the entire body.
Our practice will be complimented with the deep resonant sounds of a crystal singing bowl and will finish with herbal tea and raw organic chocolate (if you have time to spare afterwards).
