Claire has been practicing various styles of Pilates and Yoga for the past seven years.  After a career in luxury goods sales and marketing, Claire changed direction to follow her passion for fitness and wellbeing.

Her mission is to empower people through moment and wellness so that they can live their lives with confidence, balance and energy.

Claire has taught clients from all walks of life utilising her powerful mix of Pilates, yoga, functional fitness, nutrition and coaching techniques. Her bespoke classes as well as her innately supportive nature have helped her clients achieve bodies, attitudes and lives they love. Claire’s teaching career has seen her instructing in London, Paris and Zermatt, before spending two years in New York City, where she worked for various boutique studios and private clients.

Elly moved from Sydney to the beautiful Noosa bringing her enthusiasm and dedication for pilates and holistic wellbeing for all. Elly has continually developed her passion for movement through the practice of Pilates and dance since her early years, ensuring a thorough understanding of the body, its individuality, uniqueness and abilities.

Elly’s passion for holistic health of the body has led to her developing her professional and teaching skills to enable her to share her skills and knowledge with others to improve their quality of life in the long-term.

Elly is committed to excellence in her teaching and brings her joy, brightness and ever-expanding knowledge to every session and with each client.

Kat Harding

Kat is a wanderer, a heart-centered-businesswomen, presenter and teacher sharing the practice of yoga, retreats, workshops and consulting on wellbeing and connectedness in organisations in Australia and Europe.

Kat combines her experience within corporate workplaces as a Human Resources Business Partner with the knowledge she has gained through her yoga training on wellbeing, connectedness and her own experiences and as a human being to provide heart-centered workshops, retreats and getaways aimed at creating new experiences, neural pathways and increasing peoples body and mind awareness.

Kat teaches yoga classes at Noosa Flow.

Georgia Nike

Georgia Nike

Georgia’s journey with Pilates started through her training as a dancer, doing ballet conditioning and Pilates from a young age. She has trained in classical ballet and completed her teacher training.

Her love for dance and fitness has led her to a career as a Pilates and barre instructor, also completing her studies in nutritional medicine and hopes to blend her love of Pilates and the healing power of food to help people achieve optimal health and wellness.

Georgia uses her knowledge of the body and movement to create dynamic, fast paced Pilates routines that lean, tone and sculpt your entire body and looks forward helping you ‘feel the burn’ here at Noosa flow.

Marissa Cumming

Marissa Cumming

Marissa is a fun and thorough instructor that has a passion for Pilates due to its ability to fix, straighten and stretch the human body. To further her studies in Sport and Exercise science and experience as a personal trainer she completed her Pilates teacher training.

Marissa’s love for high intensity training is integrated into her classes to intensify reformer workouts which helps create strong, symmetrical and beautiful bodies. With a clinical background she has consideration for injuries and training restrictions and believes that exercise, Pilates in particular, can significantly assist in the healing process. Marissa endeavors to individualize every client’s experience, so join her for a fun, challenging and unique reformer class.

Abbey Chapman

Abbey is a passionate, vibrant instructor who found holistic fitness and wellbeing through her career as a Professional Dancer.  The last 6 years has seen her develop her career as a Dance Instructor and along the way become qualified as a Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer as well as a Nutritional Health Coach.

Abbey is most passionate about finding ‘ease’ in the movement and creating space in the body through her Yoga classes and absolutely loves incorporating her previous experience as a dancer to create dynamic strengthening and toning Barre classes. She lives to inspire  clients to develop physical strength as well as mental and emotional well-being by showing them just how great they can feel inside and out, whilst not taking things too seriously.

Her love for continuous learning and professional development has seen her study and learn both in Australia and overseas from various industry leaders and she brings together these learnings in her nurturing and supportive classes which have a strong focus on alignment, posture and having a good time!

Frances Collins

Frances Collins

Instructor

Introduced to Pilates at a young age whilst training as a national level synchronised swimmer in Adelaide, Frances further developed her skills at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra where she practised reformer several times a week in the lead up to the 2004 Athens Olympics. She competed for Australia in backstroke and freestyle events on nine occasions including three world championships and one Olympics.

A knee and shoulder reconstruction later, Frances used pilates again, this time to assist her recovery. An optimist and passionate about health and fitness, Frances strongly believes in the importance of pilates for injury prevention,  to improve posture and sports performance.
