Private sessions allow you to work one-on-one to achieve your own personal goals, including athletic training, injury rehabilitation or postural correction.  Private sessions are also great if you are pregnant and looking for a way to work Pilates into your prenatal fitness and wellness routine.

Private Session: A one-on-one session with an instructor.

Duo Session: Two people per instructor. Great for couples or friends looking to work out together.

Private Class: Three to Seven people with an instructor. Book our Reformer room for an hour. Perfect for a group of friends or a family.
