Pregnancy can be the most incredible time in a woman’s life. It’s a time for nurturing, slowing down and tuning in.

Prenatal Yoga connects women with their breath, their bodies and their baby by providing safe, simple and effective exercises to strengthen and relax your rapidly changing body, preparing you for your best possible birthing outcome.

Our Pregnancy Yoga course at Noosa Flow will be held over a rolling 6 week program with each class guiding you through appropriate yoga postures and sequence.

The course is designed to help alleviate some of the aches and pains associated with your changing body throughout pregnancy, as well as helping to prepare the body for birth and postpartum recovery.

No previous yoga experience is required. This course is suitable for pregnant women past their first trimester.
