Modern life comes at you fast, and we all need a chance to stop and breath. The Noosa Flow wellness retreat has been designed as your ideal way to slow down and give back to yourself the energy you give others.

Join Noosa Flow’s founder Claire Toone for 3 day / 4 night beautifully curated and intimate wellness retreat. Throughout each day you will be nourished with delicious meals, daily pilates, yoga, mediation, massage, facials and reiki.

Location

Recharge at Byron Bay’s incredibly beautiful Soma which is a boutique 10 room retreat. Nestled on 22 acres of rainforest in the hinterland of Byron Bay, Soma will become your tranquil oasis from the stress of life. Soma is a purpose-built sanctuary that balances its modern external aesthetic with a warm comforting interior designed for whatever space you need within. You will only be a short 10 minute drive from the center of Byron yet you will feel like you are in another world tucked in the hills away from people.

Daily Schedule

Thursday: From 4pm you can arrive at the beautiful Soma Retreat in Byron Bay. After a welcome session, you’ll have time to unpack before our first evening stretch and release class followed by dinner together.

Friday: Start the day with a Pilates class, followed by a nourishing breakfast. During the afternoon you will have the choice of free time, soaking up, massage, facial or reiki treatment. In the evening we gather together for a yoga class and dinner.

Saturday: Enjoy a sleep-in or come along for a morning Pilates class and meditation. After class we will come together for a delicious brunch. In the afternoon take some time for you or choosing to have your massage, facial or reiki treatment. Following this you will have the opportunity to join us for a yoga class and sound healing. We will end our day with a delicious dinner accompanied by award winning wine.

Sunday: Your morning will begin with the final movement class, meditation and brunch. As our weekend together comes to a close, you will have time to relax and pack up before we go our separate ways at 10am.

Your Facilitator

Claire is the driving force behind Noosa Flow, sunshine coasts leading Pilates, yoga and Wellness studio. Claire has taught clients from all walks of life utilising her powerful mix of Pilates, yoga, functional fitness, nutrition and coaching techniques. Her bespoke classes as well as her innately supportive warm nature have helped thousands of clients achieve bodies, attitudes and lives they love. Claire’s teaching career has seen her instructing in London, Paris and Zermatt, before New York City, where she worked for the leading studios New York Pilates and Karen Lord Pilates. Her purpose is to empower people through movement and wellness and to help as many people as possible to live their lives with confidence, balance and energy.

Established in 2016 Noosa Flow has quickly grown to become a popular studio that is known throughout Australia for its beautiful space, client experiences, wellness community and incredible instructors.

Individual $2200
Couples $2900

50% non refundable deposit is required to reserve your room with payment in full required 21 days prior to the retreat. All rooms have king size beds with en-suite bathroom. Travel costs to and from Byron Bay are not included in room costs.
