Kat Harding, a dedicated yoga instructor based in Noosa, brings her global experiences and deep passion for the practice to the local community. Having taught yoga in various countries, including England, Greece, Croatia, Mexico, and the Maldives, Kat has gained invaluable insights from diverse yoga communities worldwide. In addition to her international endeavors, Kat has made significant contributions to the yoga scene in Australia and New Zealand, collaborating with the renowned Wanderlust.
