7th Birthday SUP Yoga Class

To celebrate our 7th birthday we are holding a special stand up paddle board Yoga class with Kat Harding, Sunday 12 November 8-9am.

Join us for an exhilarating and unique yoga experience, where you'll immerse yourself in the beauty of nature while pushing your balance and strength to new heights. SUP Yoga challenges not only your physical abilities but also your mental focus, making it a truly rewarding practice.
Located on the serene Noosa River, our class begins with gentle movements to acquaint you with the sensation of the paddleboard as your yoga mat and the water beneath you. Throughout the session, we gradually intensify the practice, allowing you to gain confidence and discover your inner strength. The class ends with a blissful floating savasana.

No prior experience in yoga, SUP, or SUP Yoga is required for this class. We offer a comprehensive introduction to the equipment and SUP techniques before we venture onto the water.

Limited places available - $60 per person. All equipment provided - bring a hat and sunscreen, and wear comfortable clothing (that you don’t mind getting wet!)

Embark on a transformative 90 minute yin yoga class this Friday 27th October 5.30pm - 7pm, designed to release stress and restore balance to your body and mind. This immersive experience will guide you through the fundamentals of yin yoga, unveiling its numerous benefits, before delving into a nourishing yin practice that targets the stomach/spleen meridians. By addressing both physical and emotional tensions, we will dissolve accumulated stress and resistance often concealed within our bodies and minds.

The workshop culminates with a blissful yoga nidra relaxation, allowing you to fully absorb the profound effects of your practice. As you emerge from this session, you will step out of the studio with a renewed sense of tranquility, completely at ease, and fully prepared for the week that lies ahead.
