This immersive experience will guide you through the fundamentals of yin yoga, unveiling its numerous benefits, before delving into a nourishing yin practice that targets the stomach/spleen meridians. By addressing both physical and emotional tensions, we will dissolve accumulated stress and resistance often concealed within our bodies and minds.
The workshop culminates with a blissful yoga nidra relaxation, allowing you to fully absorb the profound effects of your practice. As you emerge from this session, you will step out of the studio with a renewed sense of tranquility, completely at ease, and fully prepared for the week that lies ahead.
