This session will be led by Paula Patrizzi, a highly experienced Exercise Physiologist and Pilates Instructor with over 20 years in the health and fitness industry. Holding a Master’s in Exercise Science, Paula specialises in injury prevention, rehabilitation and movement optimisation. She combines her clinical expertise with Pilates principles to provide practical tools for improving client performance and movement quality.
