Run Club is a 6-week social running club led by Noosa Flow instructor and runner Renate Mak each Saturday at 6am, open to all levels of fitness and running experience.
Join us for a 5km loop around the beautiful Noosa River in a casual social setting. Run, walk, or run/walk - there's no pressure, just take your own pace as we take on an early morning circuit in the sunshine.
Meet us downstairs at the studio at 6am before we head across to the riverside for a quick stretch and then hit the pavement.
Wear comfortable running/walking gear, and feel free to bring water or leave it at the studio for your return.
